Term of Service
We welcome you to Bongo online reservation service. Request you to go through the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and notices.
Until Bongo has received full payment, no any contracts shall exist between you and the company. When Bongo has confirmed your booking after receiving the payment, company accepts responsibility for the facility of all service described in the confirmation invoice. The full payment must be paid at the time of booking.
The Price of Your Travel Arrangements
Price quotations are based on prevailing cost at the time of booking. Company has the liberty to change the prices at any time prior to the booking being confirmed. Company guaranteed the quoted price. Company cannot accept responsibility of verbal price quotations or descriptions. Company has the authority to refuse any sole discretion bookings. If you are booking for more than one person, you are responsible for the complete payment from each and every member, whom you are making the booking on behalf of all members of your party and further.
Alteration to Your Travel Arrangements by the Company prior to your departure
The company expects to provide you entire service at the time of booking. Arrangements are planned long time in advance, and the company has no any direct control over independent suppliers such as airlines and hotels. Therefore company has the rights to make changes on occasion. If the company considers it as an extensive, the change will be advised before your departure and the company will provide you any replacements.
Price of your travel agreements are subject to surcharges and increases in transportation costs, scheduled airfares and any other airline surcharges due to part of the contract between airlines and Bongo. Any Government action such as increasing VAT or any other Government imposed increases and currency exchange variation also reflect on the price of your booking.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master and AMEX Cards. If the traveler is not the cardholder, authorization may be required from the cardholder. Please contact us for more information for such reservations.
Bongo online booking service will email the electronic ticket to the email address provided during the booking process. You must make sure that the e-mail address is correct and free of any error.
You are requested to carry a copy of your e-ticket and the passport for your trip. Some destinations require that your passport is valid for a certain length of time. You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations.
Cancellations and Reservation changes
Customers will be charged the relevant cancellation / change fee, fare difference (if applicable) and a fixed service charge of LKR 2,000 per passenger per change, for any reservation change or a cancellation done through Bongo travels.
